Avery Sunshine is an enigmatic artist, performer and composer. Avery Sunshine combines soul gospel jazz and R&B for a distinctive mixture. From Broadway to European festival and clubs, Avery Sunshine has been a hit across the globe. Sunshine can be described as Denise White. Her birthplace is Chester Pennsylvania, where she started her musical career by singing and playing piano in church. After attending Spellman College, Atlanta she began her music career on the Atlanta's R&B culture. Sunshine came to national attention for her four-day performances during the 2008 Democratic National Convention and was subsequently invited to sing at Obama's inauguration ceremony in 2009.
